We’ll shoot what we can. If we can't capture usable content, that counts as your booked shoot. No reshoots without a new booking. That being said, we are professionals and try to make it work regardless.

If severe weather ruins the shoot (heavy rain, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no charge. Everything else follows the normal policy. Luckily we have some of the best weather in the country!

No. This is not a custom edit service. We deliver a polished, final product based on what we shoot. If something’s broken (e.g. corrupt file), we’ll fix it or reshoot. 

We do have one round of edits for any of our testimonial or owner/project manager walkthrough videos so you can be confident you look and sound your best.
